  • My license key is not working.

    Double-check the email you received from Lemon Squeezy and make sure you copied the full key. If it still fails, request a license reset.

  • I sold or lost my Mac and need to free up a slot.

    You can deactivate a Mac from inside the app under Settings → License. If you no longer have access to the device, request a license reset and we will free the slot manually.

  • How do I update FlowNotch?

    FlowNotch checks for updates automatically via Sparkle. You can also trigger a check manually from the menu bar icon → Check for Updates.

  • Refund policy.

    Within 14 days of purchase, email support@flownotch.com for a full refund. No questions asked.
